How long do full birth certificates and criminal records certificates have to be valid in order to apply?
The full birth certificate and the criminal records certificate submitted by the applicants must have been issued no more than three (3) months prior to the application. The starting date for counting the three (3) month-period shall under no circumstances be that on the apostille or legalization of the document, but the date of issuance by the competent authorities.
